Can't see the plugin in the installed plugins!

Hi,
I just installed the plugin and it’s not on my plugins list page, I can’t Activate/Deactivate it or delete it! I was just trying it and I need to remove it now!
I could just delete the plugin folder I guess but is it safe to do so? especially after I have made some changes to my paths!
