Can’t see the Display method!

Hi, i’m using the free version but doesn’t seem to work and i think the problem is that i can’t see in the add campaign page the DISPLAY METHOD right after the TYPE choice in the campaign options panel.
I have the latest version of the plugin. Any idea how can i fix it?
