Can’t see the Chat Widget

    Hello –

    I read all of the basic troubleshooting, none of that applied to me. When I load my site in Firefox, Safari, or Chrome, I do not see the chat widget anywhere on the screen. The SDK is loaded in the page, but nothing shows up.

    Can you please send us the code you used and your configuration?

    How did you install the widget?

    I looked at your page (website console) and it don’t seem like you have a bot on it.

    We uninstalled it because it doesn’t work. Will go with another plugin provider.
