Can’t see template…

    I’m trying to use a second template for some of my ‘pages.’ I’ve used this before and believe I know how to make everything work.

    One catch…When I’m in admin > Write > Page, I don’t see “Page Template” on the right side of the content box. I see all the other usual options – Discussion/Password-Protect/Page Parent/Post Slug/Post Author/Page Order, but not Page Template.

    Why?

    I’m using WP 2.0.4 and have other blogs I’ve worked on that are using 2.0.4 that are displaying Page Template.

    What gives?
