Cant see Subscription-tied membership length item

    Hi guys im looking to tie a subscription to membership length but option in the Membership plan data is not available, only the default membership lenght item as u see in this img https://d.pr/free/i/VplrV9
    Anyone can give me a hint?
    Im becoming crazy on customizing subscription and membership in our education website

    Hey there,

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
