Can’t see settings tab in admin

    Hi @kumaresanwp,

    Member directory section can be turned on in Ultimate member -> Settings -> Users and Enable Members Directory.

    CSV import can be done using CSV import/export plugins, however, it is important to specify the correct meta key names.

    No, did you checked the screen above. In Dashboard > Ultimate member i can’t found settings option.

    And about the CSV can i import users profile and cover pictures ?

    Hi @kumaresanwp,

    This may be caused by theme/plugin conflict.
    Please try to do a conflict test and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure.

    I have found it, it’s conflicts with HOOK Framework plugin of HOOK Theme.

    Can i know the meta_key for profile and cover image. We need to import those images from live site, so the importing plugin need meta_key.
