Hi, I’ve just added your plugin to my website, however I can’t see an option for “Cost of Goods” in the reports… – https://snipboard.io/K6sQeV.jpg

Is this because all my cost prices are currently empty, or do I need to to something to recalculate all my previous orders?

    Hope you can help

  • Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

The “Cost of Goods” you are referring to is a Pro feature. So you have to use the Pro version of the plugin. With the “free version”, you can see cost and profit from “Analytics” section. But it is necessary to input all cost of the products in order to see the cost and profit reports in the Analytics. Also you have to enable the cost and profit columns from the “Analytics” section of the plugin.

    Kind regards.

Thanks for confirming. I’m trying to look at the pricing of the pro plugin but there seems to be a problem with your website. When I click the “See pricing” button it tries to link to https://wpfactory.com/item/cost-of-goods-for-woocommerce/#pricing, however nothing is happening.. Would you mind checking?

    Thanks so much

    Hi @macpheek,

I just checked the site but was unable to reproduce it. It see s the link is successfully redirecting the user the the “Price” section. Could you kindly check it again.

    Kind regards

Hi, before we purchase the pro version are you able to confirm the below –

Could you confirm please that with the pro plugin:

    • We can add cost price (for example, £5)
    • We can add price ex VAT (for example £16)
    • Ad then retail price with VAT – so the only price that will be shown on e-commerce product page for customers, for example £18.95

So there will be full reporting available, with profit (ex VAT) as in example here:

    Hi @macpheek,

In order to get profit excluding VAT, please go to the “Products” section of the plugin’s settings and set the “Get price method” to “Get price excluding tax”.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I’ve been testing this on your demo site in the backend. I’ve put an order through (both manually and via the front end) but nothing is showing in the reports?

Hi, no I still need a reply to my last question, thanks

    Hi @macpheek,

Since you are having issues with a Pro feature and www.remarpro.com restricts us from giving support for our Pro feature here, could you please contact us through our official website?

    Kind regards.
