Can’t see profile fields

Hi @barnesmg,

Please check that you are using the correct profile form shortcode on your User page.
You can find the profile form shortcode in Ulitmate member -> forms.
Keep in mind that empty fields are only visible on the edit profile dialog.
Please attach the screenshot of this issue so we can better understand it.

Yes, I am using the correct shortcode. I see the filled in fields, but not the non-filled in fields.

Click the cog under bottom right of the header pic to edit the profile. Fields don’t show if no entry in that field.

@barnesmg if you really want to show all available profile fields even if the person hasn’t filled them in perhaps this gist will meet your requirements (could change the default set in the code as “–” for something more meaningful).
