Cant see products unless I use shortcode – Clicking on product 404 error

Hi,
I have synched the products and it works if I choose to link to shopify when clicking the product.
But I need it to work with wordpress. Using the wordpress option I get the 404 error when I click on a product..

I cant work out why it is not working and why the products dont appear on the chosen page unless I add shortcode.

I noted a previous fix was to go into the sub menu of synch. But I dont have a sub menu, just the option to synch.
