Can’t see participants – Beta 2 of plugin

    Hi,
    I installed the beta 2 version of the plugin but now I can’t see any participants who join the video chat and vice-versa.

    The current version of the plugin works but simply installed Beta 2 and no participants are visible.

    Have the shortcodes changed? Are there any additional properties I need to set in the shortcode so I can see my participants and vice-versa?

    Hi @geotraveler,

    Thanks for your interest in the Agora Video for WordPress plugin, sorry to hear that you are running into issues with the beta2. We have not changed any of the shortcodes.

    When upgrading to the beta2, please make sure to disable and remove any old versions of the plugin before enabling the beta, as running the two versions is known to cause issues.
