Can’t see page display options within page properties

    In my blog page here that hosts my blog posts. i cannot see the options to remove the sidebar or to choose which widgets to have in the sidebar.

    Can you help me resolve this please?

    You can only remove the sidebar in Pages not Posts with this theme. You can edit a Page then set its Template to “Full, No Sidebar”. However you can use a plugin like this Posts in Pages to add posts to a Full Page. Widgets are changed in Appearance -> Widgets

    I don’t see an option within page edit to set the template. i normally see it on the right hand side but it’s just not there

    I can’t see the template options on this blog page when i edit it. but it’s resident on all other pages. is there a reason for that, how can i resolve? thank you

    If it’s a Page and not a Post then it should be there. Or you could always create a new Page for your blog and see if the Page Template option is present there.

    thanks i’ve just opted to use visual composer to re-organise the information i have in the sidebar section on other pages and changed the sidebar widgets for the posts page to suit better
