can’t see my posts, sites, categories, plugins on dashboard

  • Hi there,
    can’t see my posts, sites, categories and plugins on dashboard after updating to latest version of WP…
    I am using the plugins “polylang”, “smooth scroll up”, and wanted to start using “next gen gallery” (inactive), with the theme “make”.
    My site seems to be displayed unchanged, but the dashboard doesn’t`t work.

    I can’t even activate or deactivate plugins!

    1-please provide a link to your website so volunteers can try to assist

    2-if you have access to your webhosting account — you can rename the plugins folder to deactivate the plugins

    but if I rename the polylang-plugin, for deactivating, all the work will be lost?
    means, all translated sites and strings deleted? This I want to avoid, of course…
    I’d rather go back to the previous WordPress version…
    But how?
