    The plugin was not rejected, it was approved. That was 3 months ago.

    The SVN repo is empty because you have not uploaded anything to it yet. For 3 months.

    And the plugin page has no ZIP file or anything else because *you have not uploaded the plugin to the SVN yet*.

    In short, we went to all the trouble of reviewing your plugin, approving it, granting you access to a plugin repository, and creating a plugin entry for you, and then you failed to follow up and actually *do anything* with that repository. You never uploaded the plugin. You never made the plugin code actually available to the rest of the world. For 3 months.

    We sent you an email when it was approved that has a whole bunch of links in it. These link to the plugin handbook, documentation, things like that. They tell you what to do next.

    You have to upload the plugin to the SVN. Once you do that, everything is automatic from then on.
