    Hi every one !
I got a problem on the WC Backoffice.
I don’t see my old customer’s command on the command dashbord list.
It just show the 10 last command I received…
I’m not sure I’m clear here. Sorry I’m not really at ease on explaining my technical problems in english.
    Can someone help me ?
    Thanks

    Hi there!

Just to make sure we’re on the same page, can you send a screenshot of the area you’re talking about? For the sake of privacy, please omit any personal data in the screenshot.
I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this thread. It works with Chrome, Firefox and Edge.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Hi Ross !
Thanks a lot for your reply.
Here the screenshot of the Command Tab.

Only about 7 appears, as I should have 180.

Another example : the trash command Tab.
    It’s supposed to have 10, I can’t see any

If I select January, the same. No command appears.

I guess you need to know I’m on WordPress 5.3.2 / Twenty Seventeen theme.
    I’m using WooCommerce Version 3.9.2

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi Christophe,

That’s definitely odd! Could you copy and paste your site’s system status report into this thread? You can get it from your dashboard by going to WooCommerce—> Status.

    Hi Ross
    Thanks for your reply.
In the meanwhile, I found the solution.
I deactivated all my plugins and I got my command tabs back.
So, I reactivated the plugins one by one, and I found the guilty one : it was Polylang for Woocommerce.
I sent an email to them and I had an answer.
I had to set the admin language filter in the top bar on “Show all languages” and then it worked perfectly.

Maybe this could help other people !

Thanks for being here Ross !
