Can't see Membership settings tab

    Hello
    I have installed the plugin and cannot see any settings tab at all to control settings.

    I am using latest version of WP.
    Plugin is active in plugins
    I am owner / admin
    I have deactivated all plugins and changed to twenty twelve but no joy.

    I have tried to access https://bxxxxxrum.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=membership
    I receive error you do not have permissions to access this page.
    I have uninstalled and reinstalled via ftp but no change.
    Is there any was that I can remove the database files and try again? I do not have a list of what files to delete though.

    I have spent hours on this but just not getting anywhere but appears to be an access issue.

    Are you using any member or role management plugin? Would you please try in a fresh installed wordpress, may be locally? possible?
