Can't see login my page

  • Hey I can’t login my wordpress site manifestationworldwidemissions for the last 2 days. If I type in my wp-admin address to login all a get is a white page. I’m very very new at this and appreciate any assistance. I am not a techie person at all and believe me when I say I do not understand.. I need to get in there in a hurry. Trying to finish up the site. Thanks
