Can't see groups field in user profile

    Hi,
    The option “Show groups in user profiles.” is active but can’t see it while creating a new user ??
    Few days ago it works correctly so that I decided to buy “Category plugin” and the “pro widget control” and TODAY I have to publish the website…
    Please, help ??

    Maybe I understand: groups can be associated AFTER user has been created, so:
    1. create a user
    2. edit it and add groups

    Is it correct?

    Hi arthos,

    Yes that’s correct. You can’t assign to groups while you create the user (it’s a technical issue with the screen that allows to create a user in WordPress, we can’t add those fields there unless we created a derived form somewhere … hasn’t been considered up to now).

    So the way to do it is as you have described in your follow-up, create the user and then edit and assign the groups.
