Can’t see folder and file with users

    Hello,

    After I’d downloaded and installed the plugin I made a test folder and upload a test file. After that I gave read permission to specific users, but when they login to the dashboard page they don’t see anything it’s empty. I don’t know if I missed a configuration process, but I followed each step of the setup.

    Please help.

    Hello,

    Are the users able to get to the DMS page you created in the installation? Do the users have at least read-only access to the folder the test file is in?

    Yes, they are able to get to the page. The users have read-only permissions in the folder and in the file. But not working yet.
