    I see data in Shopping Behaviour Report, Checkout Behaviour Report,
    Product Performance Report BUT
    If any order is received its not updated.

    Pls help.

    Thank you for your patience!

    We have checked your store and learn that the implemenation of our plugin is done well, as well as everything is working well till the Checkout page(since we’re unable to check further process due to the 3rd Party Payment Methods).

    Additionally, Our plugin doesn’t track your transaction data if you do not land on the thank you page. So, if you are not redirected to the thank you page after the 3rd Party payment gateway method, the transaction data doesn’t populate in GA. So, we wanted to learn if you have configured auto return url or not? If you have not then, kindly configure the same which helps our plugin read the order details from that page and populate the data in your GA account.

    Thanks for asking for an update.
    I checked on with plugin builder of payment gateway for woocommerce.
    Unfortunately they do not have an option to set the return url.

    Right now the user is returned to my-account page without any order information (I seriously hate this)

    I am also looking out for alternate plugins for this purpose.

    Do let me know if you have any leads about it.

    The settings are for the Paypal account, you’re using for your site. Kindly let us know, if you can sort it out in your site, so that we can have a look again at the site.
