Can’t see Decimal

It may be caused by the conflict between our plugins and other Woocommerce plugins or theme you are using. Therefore, in this case, pls deactivate other plugins one by one to find out the uncompatible plugin.

Besides, you can check by trying to switch the theme you’re using to the Storefont theme by Automatic team

Thanks Miemie. I have discovered that it is the theme that must have a conflict with your plugin. What can I do about it?

It must be only a minor thing. It looks almost identical in Storefront, just doesn’t cover the decimal.

In this product https://millineryhub.com.au/product/book-hat-couture/, you set min=1, step=1, max=10. That is why you can’t fill the decimal quantity.

To use decimal quantity, please enable Decimal quantities first https://www.screencast.com/t/Uz6y4r7v then use the decimal step.

The increase/decrease button (which added by the theme) doesn’t work with our plugin. Please enable plus/minus button https://www.screencast.com/t/rPVlhNwPfL9 then I can help you style these buttons as same as the increase/decrease button.

I still can and have been using decimal quantities for months.

Thanks for pointing out the +/- buttons. They seem to have solved all my problems. I think they are ok how they are. I’ll have to test it with some customers and see.

Please add below CSS code to WP-Admin → Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS:

    min-width: 100px;
}

body.single-product .cart .single_add_to_cart_button {
    width: auto;
}

Thanks for the fix. It’s working well. I have a related problem and I wonder if it is this causing the problem or if there is more code that needs to be added.

In products with no variants and default quantity, the arrows don’t work. The default quantity is the only difference I can see.
