    Thank you for your quick response.
    When we click on the link to the contact from the feed, it says “contact doesn’t exist” as shown in the linked screenshot.

    What else can we do?

    Hello CRM Perks team, could you please provide some insights /idea as to why the contacts are not available in Zoho inventory even when the logs say contact created!
    We are eager to make this work and buy a license to be able to sync orders!!

    You connected one zoho org to plugin but checking contact in different zoho org

    Thanks for the tip!
    That was the issue the org selected in the plugin settings was inactive in zoho!
    Please let me know how we can upgrade to the 1 site plan without reinstalling the plugin, we are ready to purchase the license.
