Cant see cached page

I am not getting the <!– WP Fastest Cache file was created in 4.0186069011688 seconds, on 20-01-21 16:17:51 –>
when looking at the page source view. I can see the file in wp-content/cache/all but its not showing when accessing the page.

Any ideas?
