Please post the exact link to your site here where you had inserted the slider. Most of the times when slider is not getting shown these are the issues.

It could be possible that W3 total cache is creating problems try clearing your cache if still not work then test it by disabling the cache plugin.

• Your theme or someother plugin is filtering the shortcode content through wpautop function
• There are Javascript fatal errors on your site
• The theme is not compatible with the plugin
• Your theme header.php does not contain the wp_head php function

Thanks a lot Muneeb, NSFW
I truly appreciate your prompt response.

I have deactivated W3 Total Cache, Wordfence Security and Bulletproof security.
header.php does contain wp_head php function.
I don’t know what wpautop is.

I have A NextGENeration Photo Gallery for WordPress. Is that interfering?
I have educational pictures. The choice I have is to use pictures with captions in slide show or make video out of the pictures. Video apparently loads slower.

All images are 960 x 720 size.
This is the URL where slide show code is inserted.

I am also trying, but I haven’t made any progress.
Thanks for your valuable time.

Good morning Muneeb
Here is another link <https://mydoctortells.com/art-of-right-thinking-2show/>

I deactivated NextGen gallery. I added one more slide show beginning afresh, yet I am not able to figure out why WordPress Slider plugin does not display slides.

Actually I am excited by reading the features of WordPress Slider Plugin.

Thank you again.

It seems your site is blocked in Pakistan, anyways by using a VPN I just visited your site and found out you are loading all the necessary scripts required for my plugin to work properly in the footer of your white, by default scripts in the WP are loaded in the head html tag. Please restore it because right now there are JS fatal errors on your site and there is no way plugin will work unless you move the scripts to the header or remove JS errors.

Muneeb,
In fact I have added a script to move javascript to footer. That’s for PageSpeed and YSlow.

I will do the troubleshooting with JS errors.

Thanks again for your precious time.

So this is not a W3TC issue with CDN perhaps?

Hey Fredrick, thanks for dropping by. Your plugin is awesome.
I will do the troubleshooting as best as I can and get back.

Thanks again.

Hi Muneeb,
Good morning.

Asking for your favor again. I am working at the js errors.
You said:

Kindly guide me how to check for each js, how to correct them.
I have Firebug.
I am searching Google, Codex and WordPress StackExchange without significant progress.

I have deactivated W3 Total Cache, Wordfence Security, Bulletproof plugins, all of which could have been influencing js behavior.

NextGen (which I wanted to discontinue when WordPress Slider Plugin starts) ia also showing
“The Flash Player and a browser with Javascript support are needed.”

Your help will be much appreciated.

I have these security plugins (and still feel vulnerable) because my site was hacked twice within last six months and had one instance of phishing.

Best regards,

Thanks again,

After deactivating the security and cache plugins, clearing the cache, including my browser cache

Firebug shows:
Access to restricted URI denied.
and
Inspect TFXCXXXXxxXCRIQA.js

Any leads or pointers on how to go about this will be much appreciated.

Thanks.

I just visited the link you had posted above and I can see the slider is working there.

Hello Muneeb,

Just installed plugin and also cannot see slider on live page.

Deactivated other plugins, checked header.php … could it be a theme conflict? (Responsive by CyberChimps)

Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Dave
