Cant see any preview

  • Hi there I am using WR with Matheson Pro. (Macbook OS X 10.10 Safari.)
    Ever since i have installed it, I get no “preview” on the right screen, just a whirring … erm …whirring thing.
    I have deleted and re-installed the plug-in, changed various settings in the plug-in page and re-tested etc.
    This means generally that I can’t save what i am doing because there is nothing to save.
    If it helps, I can’t insert anything from youtube for the same reason.
    Any help would be appreciated! … May the force be with you!

    Hi @baz Jones,

    First, please have a look at our video tutorial for more detail about how it works.

    Next, try to insert / update any item and just hit Save button (even if you don’t see anything in preview panel). Then check the result in front-end to see if your changes are not saved or you just don’t see it.

    Hi Adam! Thanks for your speedy reply! I had already watched the tutorials … nothing there to help me with this issue!. I also did what you asked in your message (which I had done many times previously) but nothing gets saved.
    Any suggestions, as I can’t move forward until this is resolved!
