I do see Dashboard under Woocommerce, but I do not see a separate Analytics tab/link under the Woocommerce.
When I use my other site’s link to open that page I get this error in the console:
TypeError: null is not an object (evaluating ‘o.classList’)
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin#/analytics – this is the link.
I have a lot of orders. site is not slowed down like others have said, but I do not see any older orders in the Dashboard.

Hey @questionabout! Can you tell us what version of WooCommerce you are on, and what version of WooCommerce Admin? The error indicates some kind of incompatibility issue – if you have an update available for Admin, please make sure to run that first!

    Woocommerce Admin: 0.14.0
    WooCommerce: 3.6.5
    Wordpress: 5.1.1

    Hi @questionabout

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you on this. We’re aware of some bugs with the version of WooCommerce admin that you have installed in your site ( 0.14.0). Could you please update it to the latest version – 0.15.0, to see if you can still find the Analytics link there?

Let us know if you still run into troubles.

Note, I have a large amount of orders and products, does it matter or no?

    Hi @questionabout,

That shouldn’t matter. Could you please answer some more questions to help us diagnose what’s going on?

    • If you go to Plugins does WooCommerce Admin appear enabled? I’m wondering if the plugin is not enabled at all or it’s enabled but there is some incompatibility issue.
    • If you go to WooCommerce, can you see the Dashboard?
    • Which other plugins or extensions do you have installed that might be affecting WooCommerce Admin?
    • If you press F12 in your browser, do you see any errors in the Console?

    Thanks for the feedback!

-WooCommerce Admin appear enabled – yes,
-I do see “Dashboard” in the Woocommerce Tab that shows very small number of transactions
-I have about 52 plugins, I will try to disable them one by one tonight to see if the “Analytics” tab shows up
    -F12 shows no errors
