Can’t see ads

Thanks for reaching out. I’ve checked your site and I can see the AdSense snippet has been successfully via Site Kit, however, there are some attributes added which are not part of the plugin. This may be impacting ads being served if your site is already approved for ads.

If you’d like to share the following I can advise on this further:

1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
2. Did ads appear on your site previously, before setting up any cookie type plugins?

Let me know if you have any questions with the above. When we have this information I can check for what plug may be resulting in the additional attributes added to your Site Kit placed snippet. This may be the cause of ads not appearing, or alternatively it may be your AdSense status.

1. I’ve just filled out the form

2. Google Ads have never appeared on my site. That’s the reason why I started working with Adsterra last year, even if I don’t like it very much.
I read about Site Kit only a couple of weeks ago.

Regarding my AdSense status, this is what I see:

Account Status
Your site is ready for ads

Site Status
Your site is ready for ads

Code
The AdSense code has been placed on your site

Excluded from ads
Ads are currently displayed for all visitors

Many thanks for sharing the additional insights. As you’re site is ready for ads can you temporarily deactivate Complianz and inform me once you’ve done so? I’ll then check your site once more for the additional attributes added to the Site Kit placed AdSense snippet? This can help determine whether the attribues were added by this plugin.

After I check your site once more you’ll be able to reactivate Complianz once more. You may need to check your Complianz configurations if we can determine this is the cause of ads not appearing.

Many thanks for the update. I can see that the additional attributes are no longer placed, with the Site Kit snippet appearing as expected. I can also confirm that I do see ads appearing.

You can reactivate your Complianz plugin now, however, you will need to make modifications to ensure AdSense ads are not impacted by the settings you’ve applied. You’ll find a guide below which may be of use:
