Can’t see one published when re-arranging the order

    Hi,

    The plugin on the whole is great, but we’re facing an issue where one product (out of 43) is not showing when we come to rearrange the order in a particular category in the admin panel.

    So far we have tried:

    • Deleting and re-adding the product.
    • Making the product featured and then un-featured.
    • Temporarily assigning it to other categories (but the plugin doesn’t recognise the product for the other categories either).
    • Upping the memory_limi & max_execution_time (although in total there are only about 600 products).

    Note, the product’s visibility is set to ‘Search And Catalog’.

    Any suggestions as to what to try next would be much appreciated.

    Thanks for using the plugin. Can you share some screenshots of that product from Admin so I can mock the same settings on my test site and debug it.

    I think the 2nd screenshot url is not correct.
    Few questions:
    1. Is the product available in stock?
    2. Any other woocommerce related plugins you are using?
    3. Is this the only variable product or there are others too?

    Yes, has about 16 in total across the variations.

    2. Any other woocommerce related plugins you are using?
    Yes, quite a few: Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce, Advanced Woocommerce Product Gallery Slide, Custom Order Status for WooCommerce, Facebook for WooCommerce, Jetpack, Mailchimp for WooCommerce, Print Invoice & Delivery Notes for WooCommerce, PW WooCommerce Gift Cards Pro, Storefront Product Sharing, WC Secondary Product Thumbnail, WooCommerce Admin, Woocommerce Gift Wrapper, WooCommerce POS, WooCommerce Product Stock Alert, WooCommerce Sequential Order Numbers, WooCommerce Shipping & Tax.

    3. Is this the only variable product or there are others too?
    No there are hundreds of other variable products.

    Can you try disabling that Catalogue Visibility plugin and then test if the issue is still happening?

    That’s just default WooCommerce functionality?

    Also I have just posted a bug fix as an update. Can you please update your plugin to latest version 3.0.3 and let me know if this fixes your issue?
