Can't see a Page

I have added child page under a parent but can’t see the child. When I hover over the parent, no drop down appears for the child. When I choose to preview the child page, the whole page displays as if it were a post and not a page with the title looking like a Paragraph title and not a page title.

I have other child pages set up under another parent page, have compared them and don’t see anything different. https://inthefaceof.com/ parent page is Let’s Buy, trying to add Business Help!
