Can’t search by order number

Thanks for the defect report. I will fix this problem soon.

It looks like it DOES work correctly if your site isn’t in HPOS mode.

And if you are in HPOS mode, theres’ a workaround. You can choose Order ID from the dropdown next to the search box.

This problem is corrected in version 1.0.1. That version also adds a cache for the custom field names for the order-edit screen, allowing faster display of that screen.

Is there a chance you can do something about the loading times for a specific order? It’s very slow (not your plugin’s fault, it’s due to WooCommerce HPOS).

The latest version of the plugin, 1.0.1, has in it a cache for the slow query in the specific order page. (It’s a query for the list of custom fields for orders.)

It will take the usual long time the first time you use it, but then it should be fast. Does this work for you? If not, please let me know.
