Since WordPress and Woocommerce were updated around the same time, it’s hard to tell which is causing the problem.

Prior to updates there were no problems on our website. After updates, can no longer scroll in Chrome but works well in all other browsers.

    Help!

    Hey @lise556,

I’m not sure if you’ve made any changes to your site since this post, but I was able to scroll through your site without any issue just now.

Since this problem started after updating WordPress and WooCommerce, it’s most likely that your theme or a third-party plugin is not compatible with the updated versions.

If you are still experiencing the issue, I’d recommend conflict testing. We have a guide on how to test for conflicts here:
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4

That guide will walk you through finding the source of the problem. Once you find the theme/plugin causing the issue, make sure it’s up to date and then contact its developer.

Phil, thanks for the reply. On another forum someone suggested Health-check plugin and that enabled me to find the plugin at fault.

    I’ve fixed it.

    Thank you!

Hey @lise556 – glad you found the source of the problem.

Yes, the Health Check plugin is a handy one ??

In the future to prevent this, we recommend always doing any changes on a staging site first. That way you can spot any conflicts before making changes on your live site.

Check with your hosting company as many offer this as part of their packages. Otherwise, you can use a free plugin such as WP Staging to set one up.
