Can’t scroll down on website suddenly

  • Hello everyone ??

    I just noticed that I can’t seem to scroll down on my client’s website for some reason and i’m not sure as to why. The theme is updated and the plugins are updated and I have no idea what happened. Can anyone help? I’ve looked around the internet on my own but this seems to be website-specific. Can anyone help?

  • So I am away from my computer but it seems to scroll fine on mobile. Have you tried a different browser?

    Good question. I just tried on Google Chrome and it scrolls just fine. I don’t have any plugins or extensions on my Safari browser and that seems to be the one that doesn’t want to scroll. Also – I have two separate computers with Safari – one with High Sierra and one with Mojave. Both updated and both don’t scroll.

    Still can’t figure out why this is happening with Safari and not on Chrome.

    Does anyone have any ideas?
