    Issue:
I am unable to scroll down using mouse wheel on my website https://www.logodesignbar.com/

    Specifics:
I can’t scroll down using my mouse wheel
I can still scroll down by pulling the scroll bar down
I can scroll normally with mouse wheel if I hover mouse in scroll bar area
I can scroll up normally using mouse wheel after scrolling down with one of the above methods.
This only is happening in google chrome (works fine in safari, firefox, IE)
This is only happening on my website

    What I’ve tried (hasn’t helped):
    I’ve tried disabling all plugins
I’ve tried opening console in chrome (no errors listed)

  • Quick update. checked on the other computer again and it is fine there now on chrome. Only on my system…. also on mine the main background photo won’t resize to cover the screen.

Strange, have clear cache, deleted and re-installed chrome, deleted and installed the theme, etc.

Mikey_Mike, yours looks fine to me

    Sapphire Recovery works fine

But Rehab Thailand only messes up on mine.

    Hello Wade,

For the widgets being lined up, was that before or after you added content? Sample content sometimes does that, but that problem no longer exists when adding your own content.
I’m browsing both your websites without any issues, I’ll do some debugging on my end and hopefuly manage to identify the issue.

Is everyone who’s having issues using Mac ?

    Kind regards,
    Marius

    Thank Marius,

As for the widgets was just the once when I checked it on the other mac. When I went back it was fine.

Only seems to have the scroll problem on my own computer and only on the one site. I can live with that if it is only me that sees it. BTW if it helps I can scroll down by dragging the scroll bar just fine but not with the mouse wheel and once it is pulled down it will scroll up just fine but down still doesn’t work.

Also love the theme, will be going Pro.

    Thank You again,

    Wade

Well, it seems to be more than one particular case and we’d definetly like to fix this issue.

I hope everyone else will respond and maybe we can find a “pattern” and manage to find what causes the issue.

Thank you for your support, if you wish to upgrade to PRO send us a mail at [email protected] for a discount coupon.

Do you have any scripts disabled in Chrome? Also, what version of Chrome are you using? I wasn’t able to replicate this issue.

    Kind regards,

One more question: if you open the website in Incognito Mode (Ctrl + Shift + N), is it still not working?

I had a similiar problem. Now it’s work!!!

    What i do?

My theme have in settings Smooth Scroll settings.
I just set to off and “save all changes”.
After that my page is working even if Smooth Scroll is ON

Amazing, thanks for sharing his with us and we hope it will help others in fixing this problem. ??

This is an issue for me. I’ve deleted the “Smooth Scroll.js” file but it did not help.

I cannot find the “Settings” for smooth scroll as mentioned above.

    Can anyone advise?

(Amazing theme by the way- I’ve been around wordpress a while and this is so so good)

    Hello,

Go into Customizer->General Options-> General and there is a check box for smooth scroll.

    Best regards,
    Alexandra
