Can’t save/reorder Widgets

I recently updated to 2.7.1 and am now having problems saving my Widgets. Whenever I try to add a new widget to the sidebar or just reorder them, I unable to save. I am getting the following message when clicking the “save” button:

Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/widgets.php on this server.

I tried chmodding the widgets.php file, reuploading, delete and reupload and it still gives me that error. I didn’t have this problem when I was still on 2.6. Anyone have any ideas?
