    Hi,
I hope someone can help with this one. I’m trying to add a text widget as a sub-menu item. I’m unable to save it as the window doesn’t allow me to scroll down to view the “save” button. I hope that makes sense. I’ve tried different size screens, scrolling to shrink the window, scrolling to enlarge the window, but can’t get the bottom of that widget window to display to actually save the widget.
    Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
The developmental site can be found here. https://akesohealthsciences.com/
The link I’m working on would be a sub-menu item of the “about” link.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Web,

Which OS and browser are you using?

Windows 7 and firefox. I did notice that there are no other sub-pages, then the save button is accessible. So I can delete my subpages, then save the widget, then re-add the sub-pages to make it work. However, of course, this isn’t ideal.

    Hi WebDi,

I’ve just checked in Win7 FF (I usually use a mac) and I’m seeing a scrollbar appear when the widget extends past the bottom of the screen:

Please could you view the page source of the menus page (nav-menus.php) and search for ‘colorbox’? If you find another plugin is including a colorbox.css file please try disabling that plugin. You’re looking for something that says ‘…/wp-content/plugins/PLUGIN_NAME/colorbox.css’

I still have the problem after disabling most of the other plugins. I can make it work my temporarily removing the other menu links.

While I have your attention, is it possible to customize the columns? I’d like something like the attached pdf. The “shop by category”, “shop by problem”, and “shop by department” are not links but headings.

    Column 1 Heading
    column 1 link 1
    column 1 link 2
    column 1 link 3

    Column 2 Heading

    column 2 link 1
    column 2 link 2
    column 2 link 3
    column 2 link 4

    Column 3 Heading

    column 3 link 1
    column 3 link 2

I’m not able to attach a document with the a mock up of the actual columns.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi,

Please could you set up an admin login for me so I can take a look? You can send the details through https://www.maxmegamenu.com/support (use WPSupport as the licence key).

Once I reply to you you’ll be able to send the PDF too, I don’t understand your last question right now.

    Regards,
    Tom
