can’t save userId and Key

  • Hi,

    I cannot save my user id and key. When checking, the account id appears, but if I want to save the data. Then the page will be reloaded at some point, but the id and key have not been saved.

    I tried it on different sites.

    Please who can help me.

    Which country is your store based in?

    Do you receive an error message after saving the settings page that explains why it was not saved?
