Can’t Save “Use custom permalink of custom taxonomy archive.” option

Attempting to check the box for “Use custom permalink of custom taxonomy archive.” on Settings > Permalinks and save. This does not work.
I’m on latest WP and version 3.0.0. I’ve been running the plugin on this site for years. Feature seems to no longer work. Is there a way to update this setting in the database in the mean time?

Sorry, I can not reproduce the problem.
The checkbox save reversed value in ‘
no_taxonomy_structureoption.If checked,
no_taxonomy_structureis false, If not,no_taxonomy_structureis true.
