Can't Save Updated Text in Footer Widgets

Good morning!

I’m trying to edit the footer text and images in my client’s site, esgsimplicity.com. I went to Appearance –> Customize –> Widgets and was able to write new text in the 4 footer boxes, but the button that should say “Save and Publish” only says “Saved” and isn’t clickable, so the changes can’t be stored.

Any ideas?
