Can’t save ticket after upgrade

Hi,
we installed the events Calendar and Event Tickets a while ago, but I started configuring tickets today, successfully connected with Stripe and managed to create an event with tickets. I bought a (free) ticket and received the confirmation email.
I then updated the Events Calendar and Event Tickets plugins (they’d been updated in the last week so they weren’t really old) and since then I’m unable to save a new ticket.
When I hit ‘Save Ticket’, the ‘Start Sale’ text box shows a red outline, but nothing else happens.
I tried putting in today’s date but it still won’t save (see screenshot here)I’d be very grateful for any advice, thank you.
