    Dear,

At the default theme , the default responsive type is “Mobile view” , and the chart displayed horizontally only even in desktop size. When I try to change it to “Mobile view & Horizontal scroll” I get the following message when I “Save” it

I try to Uninstall / Install but the problem remains

    Thanks in advance

    Hi @egiannopo.

Can you tell us what version of our plugin are you using?

Does this issue occur when you make other changes and save the theme or chart? This is not a global problem, so we need as many details as possible.

    Thanks.

    The version 1.4.5

The problem occuers only when we try to save (or apply) changes to themes. When edit (default or a clone of that) or when we try to add a new theme.

On edit , event without change any of settings, if we press “Save” or “Apply” we get the same message.

The charts Add, Edit, Clone works fine.

    Hi @egiannopo.

Are you the site administrator and do you have full rights? We can deduce from the error message that this is a permissions issue.

Also, can you check the “User Permissions” page of our plugin and see if everything is ok with the options?

    Thanks.
