Hi @feedough thanks for reaching out and for providing your Site Health information. Would you also be able to share the exact REST API issue you are seeing? You can get this from (Tools > Site Health > Status).
This is likely something that will need to be addressed at host level. Have you made contact with Cloudflare to see if they can spot anything that could be causing this?
It may also help to try ruling out any potential theme or plugin conflict causing the save feature not to work. To check for any of these conflicts please follow the steps below.
Use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and enable its troubleshooting mode. This mode disables active plugins and switches to a default theme safely because it only affects the experience of the logged-in user.
- Please enable the Web Stories plugin and let me know if you still get the issue.
- Enable plugins and your theme one by one in this mode may help pinpoint if something else is involved.
- Note you can disable troubleshooting mode from the plugins page.
