Can’t Save Templates

Hi Georgi,

Is there any error when saving the templates? The error can be a PHP error, console error, or error notification that you can immediately see.

For console error, you can check the browser developer tools. While for PHP error log, you can check it on the server. You can try asking your server admin to check it for you.

The error comes when I am trying to update a template that I already have. I can create new templates but I can’t update them.

We can see from the error given, your server is not responding properly. How about the error on the server (PHP error)?

Also can you copy paste the template content (the code above the errors) here? To replicate your issue and investigate whether there is an issue with the template or not.

Did the save problem happen on November 11th around 9 AM UTC time? There was a memory exhausted issue at that time. Can you ask your server administrator to increase the PHP memory_limit? Try increasing it to 256MB.
