Can’t save settings

In the settings page, I cant seem to acces the email, email API, Assign, and Design tabs. I also don’t have an option to save any of the settings in general or coupon tab. I tried reinstalling coupon box multiple times but it has not worked. When I reinstall, the data is still saved, is there a way to delete everything and start over to fix this?

I got an email from wordpress earlier saying couponbox is causing errors
