Can’t save settings

I cannot add blocks, save settings etc. (See screenshot). I deleted all cache files, deactivated all plugins except for ad inserter, cleared browsing data, refreshed ad inserter settings page several times, nothing worked. Tried it with Chrome, then IE, then Firefox. Each time clearing browsing data and refreshing pages. I did get an error notification that “parameter version for javascript and CSS files were missing, once only.

Not sure what is going on. Your plugin used to work perfectly.

Opening the Chrome browser console, I see the following error message when I’m ad inserter settings:
