    There should be some issue from your browser and it is not like that.
    Please try to use another browser and latest versions of them.

    Thanks for zero support. I’ve deleted your plugin and bought another slider.

    I’m experiencing the same problem… Did you happen to fix it?

    I have wasted my time installing/uninstalling, opening in different browsers/devices and spending $20 on repurchasing the plugin…

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
    In most of the times, this issues caused by conflicting by other plugins, in order to find the issue please disable all other plugins and check the slider settings again, It the problem remains, please email as a temporary account information, we will check it and get back to you. Additionally you can ask your support related questions in our dedicated support forum (if you’ve already purchased the pro version).
