Can’t Save Products (other than fixed)

Purchased RegistrationMagic Premium and downloaded the latest version. I was able to create my form and enter payment information successfully but currently I’m only able to create fixed products. If I try to create a multi select or drop down product the Save button on that page doesn’t function. It just highlights the button but it isn’t clickable.

I’ve disabled all my plugins to see if there was a conflict but that wasn’t the issue. As mentioned, the save button functions as it should with a fixed product. The Premium version has been activated successfully with the license. Submitted a support ticket through Metagauss over 24 hours ago but still awaiting a reply.
