Can’t save posts

  • After writing a post and clicking “save” I am returned to the blog page (instead of staying in admin) and the post isn’t saved. Same thing if I click “publish” — sends me to the blog and the post isn’t there. If I go to “manage posts” the post isn’t listed there either.

    Funny because I was just posting about 10 days ago (2009-05-11 was the latest post) and everything was working fine. I haven’t changed anything since then.

    Anybody else experiencing this? Any ideas?

    Oh yeah one more thing: I can create new categories and add users, so I know I’m at least able to do some admin stuff.

    I am experiencing this error for the past 2 weeks. Cant post anything new. Please any one…any resolution? Thanks

    Yes. There seem to be several other people having this problem. If anyone finds a solution PLEASE post it.

    Yes, I am also in the same boat. Have not been able to post any blogs for the past 2 weeks, and haven’t been able to get an answer anywhere how to resolve this ??

    also the same problem. I noticed after upgrading to 2.7.1, but I don’t know it it is related to the upgrade… I didn’t use the blog for some time before

    I also have the same problem, my last post was 17th May – have been unable to save a draft or publish anything since then. I haven’t upgraded (and am reluctant to do so after reading here!) and am just stuck with no working blog and no answers. ??

    I’m having the exact same problem. I’ve had my site host restore the program from a prior backup, but I still can’t post anything and this is costing me money! I really wish someone at WordPress would DO something considering there is more than one forum thread dedicated to this problem.

    It is possible that you folks, like quite a few others, have been hacked.
