Can't save page as 4.0 says SVG image isn't an image

  • I have an svg image that I use on a page as an icon. Now that I’ve upgraded to 4.0 I can’t update the page because WP is telling me the image I’m linking to in my Media Library (the svg image) isn’t an image file.

    If I remove the link to the svg file or link to a jpg file, the page will save.
