    Hello,

I have a compatibility problem between AWS and the Divi Child theme. I can’t save my changes on a product and this error occurs when I have the AWS extension activated.
Is there any way to unblock this problem? I’m looking on the forum but I still haven’t found a solution.

    Wordpress : V5.8.3
    AWS : V2.44
    Divi Child : V4.7.4.1607439216

    Thanks for your attention

    Hello,

Let me make this clear: you are using the Divi page builder to create the layout for a single product page and also you add the AWS search form module inside it. And with this module now you can’t edit and save changes for this single product page template. Is this correct?

    Hello !

Thank you for your quick answer

Yes this is the problem I have. And this is the case for each product page.

Please try the following – instead of using the AWS search form module for Divi builder just use the default search form. Then go to the plugin settings page and enable the ‘Seamless integration’ option. Please write if it worked for you.

    Hello,

I have a very similar or the same problem.
If AWS is active and I edit a product with Divi Builder I get an error Message that saving is not possible. I already tuned up my server so this is not the problem. When deactivating AWS it works like a charm.
I am not sure what you mean with adding the AWS Search form into the layout. We don’t really do that.
Feel free to check one of our products:
    https://seasondelicatessen.de/produkt/gewuerz-trio-bruschetta-pesto-spaghetti-3x50g/

You see the AWS Search Field on top right but not within the layout.

At the moment we are working with an old Divi version where this error does not appear but as soon as we update to a newer Version it appears.

Turning on and Of the seamless integration does not change anything for me.
As I have already setup a staging site I can give you access to this site if you want to have a look for yourself.

    This is the error message:

An error has occurred while saving your page. Various problems can cause a save to fail, such as a lack of server resources, firewall blockages, plugin conflicts or server misconfiguration. You can try saving again by clicking Try Again, or you can download a backup of your unsaved page by clicking Download Backup. Backups can be restored using the portability system while next editing your page.

Contacting your host and asking them to increase the following PHP variables may help: memory_limit, max_execution_time, upload_max_filesize, post_max_size, max_input_time, max_input_vars. In addition, auditing your firewall error log (such as ModSecurity) may reveal false positives that are preventing saves from completing.

Lastly, it is recommended that you temporarily disable all WordPress plugins and browser extensions and try to save again to determine if something is causing a conflict.

    Thank you!
    Best,
    Josef
