Hi,

When editing a snippet and clicking “Save” I get this message with a red overlay:
“ERROR! Could not save the data. Please try again.”
And it’s not working after trying again… All updates are made

It used to work until recently and I didn’t make any changes to the website.
Also using the plugin on another website with pretty much same setup in terms of theme and other plugins.
What could it be?

It could be a table integrity issue.

Hi Calin

I spoke to my hoster’s support and they checked. Here’s their reply:
“From what I can see, that table is present and it doesn’t seem like there is anything wrong/corrupted with it. Everything is correctly set in the database, as per the article.”

So, apparently, the solutions in the link don’t apply.

Would you have any other ideas?

I see,

Can you please ask them if the column ‘post’ is presented in the table?
This was added in Squirrly 2020. It’s the only plausible issue.

I see that the column post is not present in the table wp_qss

Please use solution 2 from the tutorial:

This should fix the issue.
