Can't save menu items to menu

Have you tried:

– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

– switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

– re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

None of it worked. Any other ideas?

I’ve basically reinstalled evereything and it still does not let me add a menu or items to the menu. I’ve purchased a them that I’m not even using. I might as well delete wordpress, totally pointless ??

Have you checked your site’s error log for clues?

Can’t find an error log.

Try contacting your hosts about access to your error log.

Nothing in the server’s error log, can’t find any wp error log

My host does not know what the problem could be either

Have you tried using another server? Another hosts? Whatever this is, it’s specific to your current setup.

You’re right it’s my host’s server. I’ve set up a test server and don’t have that problem anymore. Now I just have to figure out what the issue is with my regular server. In any case, thank you so much for your help
